1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Chris Wagner Fit website (chriswagnerfit.com) and personal training services offered by Chris Wagner in Marbella, Spain. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Chris Wagner Fit provides the following services in Marbella and surrounding areas:

One-on-one personal training
Small group training (2-4 people)
Boxing instruction
Strength and conditioning training
Hotel and villa on-location training

All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Process

All bookings must be made via WhatsApp, email, or our website
Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received (for packages) or session agreement
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

Payment Terms

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT/IVA unless stated otherwise
Payment methods: Bank transfer, cash, or hotel charge (when available)
Package payments must be made before the first session
Single sessions can be paid on the day of training
Early morning (before 08:00) and late evening (after 20:00) sessions incur a €15 surcharge

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Free Cancellation (24+ hours notice)

Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund or session credit with no penalty.

Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours)

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the session fee, or you may keep the session credit for future use.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the full session fee being charged with no refund or credit.

We understand that schedules change, especially for travelers. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

5. Package Sessions and Expiration

5-session packages are valid for 3 months from purchase date
10-session packages are valid for 6 months from purchase date
Monthly packages (8 sessions) must be used within the calendar month
Expired sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred
Package sessions are non-transferable to other individuals

6. Health and Safety Requirements

By booking our services, you confirm that:

You are in good physical health and able to participate in physical exercise
You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations
You have consulted with a physician if you have any health concerns
You will inform your trainer immediately if you experience pain or discomfort during training

Important Notice

Chris Wagner Fit is not liable for any injuries, health problems, or accidents that occur during or after training sessions. You participate in all activities at your own risk.

7. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Physical exercise involves inherent risks including injury, illness, or in extreme cases, death
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with training activities
Chris Wagner Fit is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
You release Chris Wagner Fit from any liability for injuries or damages arising from training

8. Client Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to:

Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
Wear appropriate workout clothing and footwear
Treat the trainer and facilities with respect
Follow trainer instructions for safety and effectiveness
Refrain from disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior

We reserve the right to terminate services for clients who violate this code of conduct, with no refund provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and training programs, is the property of Chris Wagner Fit and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Marbella, Spain.
